Proclamation No 1263/2021 defines the powers and duties of all federal executive organs including the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration.
Pursuant with this proclamation, the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration has the power to establish foreign trade Relations which includes initiating and negotiating the bilateral trade agreements, submitting the negotiated agreements for Council of Ministers for their approval, the ministry oversees the implementation of the signed agreements in collaboration with other concerned institutions.
